Open the ATE app, tap the Scan button, and point your camera at the food or its barcode. Our AI identifies the item and returns full nutrition and lifestyle insights within seconds.

Our data is sourced from verified nutrition databases and continuously refined by our AI and nutrition experts to keep it accurate and up to date.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password", enter your email, and enter the verification code we send you to set a new password.

Yes. The Free Tier gives you 7 scans overall at no cost, plus basic insights and alternatives. Premium raises that to 9 scans a day, and the Advanced Lifestyle plan gives you unlimited scans, deeper analysis, and full coaching.

Go to Settings → Devices, tap Connect on your device, and follow the pairing instructions. Once connected, your steps, heart rate, and sleep data sync automatically.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal information, and you can request a full data export or deletion at any time from Settings → Privacy.
