Data Removal
How to request deletion of your account and personal data from ATE Food.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@atefood.app with the subject line “Data Removal Request – ATE Food.”
Please include the email address linked to your account and describe whether you want to delete a specific food analysis request, all uploaded food images and results, or your entire account.
When your request is verified, we will delete the applicable uploaded images, food recognition results, calorie estimates, request history, stored analysis metadata, and any meta associated with your account.
Deletion requests are processed within 7 days. Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, or backup purposes. Aggregated analytics that do not identify you may also be retained.
